How booking works
- Your party. Adults, children (3–11) and under-3s. Online bookings are for 2 to 12 people.
- Arrival time. 18:30, 19:30 or 20:30. Your table is yours for the whole night.
- Your table. Tap a table on the plan. Tables that don't suit your group are greyed out. For groups of 5 or more we reserve a set of neighbouring tables: tap any of them and the whole set is selected for you. See the table rules
- Menus. Everyone picks their dishes when booking. Not sure yet? Tap "Decide later" and add them afterwards from "Manage my booking" — we'll send a weekly reminder.
- Pay & relax. Full payment per person at booking. You can change dishes, allergies and arrival time until 27 December from Manage my booking with your reference and email.
Groups of 13 or more? Email us with your numbers, the children's ages and your preferred time, and we'll arrange the best tables for you.

Who's coming?
Groups of 13 or more are arranged personally. Online bookings go up to 12 people. For a bigger party, email us with your numbers, the children's ages and your preferred arrival time, and we'll put together the best tables for your group and confirm everything with you.

Arrival time
Your table is yours for the whole night — the arrival time is just when dinner starts.
Before you choose your table
Two minutes that avoid surprises on the night. Please read this before picking your table.
- The table you pick is the table you'll have on the night. The layout you see here is the layout on 31 December: tables can't be changed or rearranged at the venue.
- Greyed-out tables don't suit your group size. For groups of 5 or more we reserve a set of neighbouring tables: tap any table of the set and the whole set is selected. Only these sets are possible.
- We only join tables that are right next to each other — a table with its Window table, or a corner like 1 + Window 1 + 8. Tables far apart (say 8 and 14) can't be joined. Each set tells you whether the tables can usually be pushed together or stay side by side — we always do our best, but joining is never guaranteed: everyone needs room to be comfortable and to be served well.
- Extra chairs are only possible where the table says so ("up to X with extra chairs").
- Your table is yours for the whole night, from your arrival time until close.
